About Us

GRACEINLIVES is a semi-independent provider that offers a supportive and nurturing environment for young people aged 16-24 who require additional support to transition into adulthood.

Our three 3-bedded homes provide a safe and comfortable space where young people can learn important life skills, build self-confidence and develop the necessary tools to lead a fulfilling and independent life. At GRACEINLIVES, we believe that every young person deserves a chance to succeed, and we are committed to providing them with the support they need to reach their full potential.

What We Do

Our dedicated team of experienced staff works closely with each young person to develop a personalised care plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. We offer a range of services, including life skills training, emotional support, educational and employment support, and access to health care services.

We understand that the transition to independence can be challenging, which is why we are here to provide a helping hand every step of the way.
